Telemedicine Visits
During the COVID-19 pandemic Ospina Medical has begun to provide telemedicine consultations for new and existing patients. We use a HIPPA compliant service called doxy.me for our telemedicine visits. Doxy can be used on your computer or smartphone and does not require any additional software downloads. All data is also encrypted and no information is stored on their servers.
To log on to your telemedicine visit, please click on the appropriate link for your physician.
Once you access the doctors unique link you will receive a welcome message prompting you to enter the doctor’s virtual waiting room by entering your name. You will need to give access to your camera and microphone for the visit so please make sure to click: ALLOW. Once you have logged in, simply wait for the doctor’s medical assistant to start the call. If you have any trouble logging on or technical difficulties, please call our office for assistance.
